What it actually does.

• WhatsApp & SMS that answers itself. Customers message you the way they already do. An AI assistant reads the message, recognises the regulars, drafts the right reply, and queues it for you to press send. New enquiry? It asks the right follow-up questions and books a slot in.
• Google Calendar, finally usable. Two-way sync with your existing Google Calendar. See the week visually, drag a job to a new slot, and the customer gets a polite WhatsApp letting them know. Travel time between jobs is calculated, so you stop double-booking yourself.
• Jobs tracked from quote to paid. Every job has a status: enquired, quoted, scheduled, in progress, done, invoiced, paid. One tap to move it along. Photos and notes attach to the job, not lost in your camera roll.
• Payments without the chase. Send a payment link by WhatsApp the moment a job is done. Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer. Outstanding balances surface automatically and the AI nudges late payers in your tone of voice.
• Recurring rounds, on autopilot. Lawn cuts, hedge trims, regular maintenance. Set the cadence once and the app schedules the next visit, messages the customer the day before, and bills them when it is done.
• One screen at the end of the day. Today's jobs, tomorrow's jobs, who owes you what, who needs chasing, and the three things the AI thinks you should do first. That is the dashboard, and it fits on a phone.

Why it is an edge.

Most of your competitors run on a paper diary, a Facebook page, and a panic. By the time you have replied to a Tuesday morning enquiry within ten minutes, with a price and a slot, the other quote has not even been read. You win the work before they have started typing.

And because it is your app, in your name, on your domain, the data is yours. No 18% to a platform, no being held hostage by a SaaS that puts the price up next year.

How I keep these things sensible.

• Hosted in your accounts. If we ever part ways, you keep all of it.
• Guardrails on what the agent can and cannot do. No agent sends an invoice to a client without a human pressing send, ever.
• Audit log of everything the agent did, so you can see what happened on Tuesday at 4pm.
• Plain English playbook, written for a human to read, not a developer.
• A monthly check-in (free for the first three months) to see what to add or rein in.

What I will not do.

I will not let an agent talk to your customers without you reviewing what it says, until we have proven it does not say anything daft. I will not connect anything to your bank account that can move money on its own. And I will not sell you twelve agents when one will do.
